Do you have an on-site studio for board member headshots?
Yes, we can set up a portable studio almost anywhere which allows you to incorporate new members or update current members’ headshots.
Do you include unlimited usage rights?
Yes, with event and tradeshow coverage. You will have access to high resolution digital copies of all your edited photos. It will include an agreement for unlimited reprint rights and social media usage.
How are photos delivered?
Your photos will be delivered via an on-line password protected gallery.

We have over 7 years combined experience. Covering 100’s of events, shows, educational sessions and grand openings.
Do you back up your progress?
Yes, we back up content every few hours as well as store to multiple cards to ensure nothing is ever lost.
Do you offer a Photobooth?
Yes! We can bring a photobooth to your event or tradeshow. The photo booth comes complete with custom layouts, including your logo and multiple printing options. We can have the photos emailed or texted to your guests.

Upon getting the go-ahead to hire a local videographer and photographer for our NRG Oncology Winter Meeting being held in Orlando, we came upon PB&J Studios after doing a Google search. We had several planning calls with Patrick leading up to our meeting. Patrick and Jonathan even came to the resort where our meeting was being held in Orlando a day early to take a look at the layout for our sessions. The next day, they arrived bright and early, along with Michael and Kelsey, to cover our long day of events.
Jonathan and Kelsey were incredibly professional interacting with our various stakeholders which we held video interviews with. We received feedback from several of our members, including prolific physicians in the clinical cancer research community, that the PB&J staff were great to work with. Jonathan had a great level of knowledge of what we needed as an organization and went the extra mile to make our experience better.
